1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Beam-Gadgets. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You must initiate a return within 180 days of the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days (normally within 3 business days) for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 180 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.
